2022 IKKU 7th Annual Weapons Choice Seminar will take place at the Mulberry Creek Community Center in Flowery Branch, GA.

Hosted by Keishin Karate Kai – Kyoshi-Sei Larry Griffin at the Mulberry Creek Community Center in Flowery Branch, GA. on February 26, 2022. This is a Great Event to Learn a Kobudo Weapon of YOUR Choice and get insight from our Expert Instructors within the IKKU. Simply Bring your Kobudo Weapon or borrow one from a Friend and join in on the Fun.

Featuring: Hanshi Ron Downton, 9th Dan and other IKKU High Dans

Event Description:

– Training will include our Five Traditional Weapons – Bo, Tonfa, Nunchaku, Sai, and the Kama

– Participants get to Chose what Weapon(s) they want to Train with and what Katas they want to Review or Learn.

– Kobudo Anatomy, Basics, and Kata are all part of the agenda for the day

– Weapon Basics, Drills and Combinations

– So the Bottom Line – “It’s Your Choice”

Cost:

$50 for the Full Day

$25 for 1/2 Day

We will Break for Lunch – Bring Your Own or there are numerous restaurants nearby.

TAKE LANIER PARKWAY EITHER NORTH OR SOUTH. THIS IS HWY I-985 IF HEADING NORTH AND GA-365 IF HEADING SOUTH. GO TO EXIT #14- HF REED INDUSTRIAL PARKWAY. THIS IS A NEW EXIT. IF HEADING NORTH TURN RIGHT. IF HEADING SOUTH TURN LEFT. STAY STRAIGHT ½ MILE. THE ROAD BECOMES MARTIN RD. GO ¾ MILE TO THE ROUNDABOUT. TURN LEFT ON JM TURK RD. GO ONE MILE. THE COMMUNITY CENTER WILL BE ON THE LEFT. THERE ARE A NUMBER OF MOTELS OFF 1-985 AT EXITS #12 OR #16.
