Billie & Larry Robinson Promoted to 6th Dan Shihan Dai – It was truly a historic day of promotions to kick off our 2016 IKKU Winter Camp. On Saturday, January 16, 2016 Soke Joseph Ruiz started our annual winter camp off with several key promotions including those of Billie and Larry Robinson. Both Billie and Larry were promoted to a 6th Dan Rank and awarded the Tile of Shihan Dai.
